Workshop 1:  Effectively involving people with learning disability – Friday 10th September 2010, 10.00am to 4.00pm (registration from 9.30am)

This workshop will focus on two key themes:

  • Developing skills in people with a learning disability to contribute to a new service initiative – Lois Cameron, Talking Mats Research and Development Centre, University of Stirling and James Reid, NHS Forth Valley
  • Citizen Leadership - Lisa Curtice and Andy Miller, Scottish Consortium for Learning Disability
